2027 Property Reassessment Information

Lancaster County will be issuing property reassessment notices. Residents may notice changes to their assessed values.

Please keep in mind:

All taxing bodies are required to adjust millage rates to remain revenue neutral.
You should not apply current tax rates to your new assessment.
Final tax rates will not be set until after the appeal process is completed (late October/early November).
