Board Policy 810 governs all aspects of District Transportation.
The safe transport of our students and staff is of paramount importance; all riders must adhere to the district's Safety Code of Conduct.
Service Request Forms
Parents who wish to make a change in transportation arrangements, such as a bus stop change, must complete the request form attached below and submit it to the Transportation Coordinator at the Business Office.
Parents who wish to designate another adult or older sibling responsible for receiving their kindergarten student at the bus stop must complete the "Waiver and Release Kindergarten Drop Off Form." The for is attached below and needs to be returned to the Transportation Coordinator at the Business Office by June 30th.
Parents who wish to have MCSD transport their children to/from a non public school need to complete the "Non Public School Request for Transportation Form" attached below and return to the Transportation Coordinator at the Business Office by June 30th of each year you are requesting transportation
Parents who wish to arrange for a temporary change in transportation arrangements for their child(ren) must complete the "Permission Slip Form" attached below. This should be used for temporary changes and must be submitted to the building principal in advance.
