Superintendent – Manheim Central School District (Lancaster County, PA)
Enrollment approximately 2800, Grades K-12
Annual budget: $59 million. Appointment on or about April 1, 2022.
The successful superintendent candidate should be a strong, steady leader who can unite the community under a common vision of successful schools. This candidate will help the district excel in the areas of academics and all extra-curricular activities. Works jointly with the Board of School Directors to ensure the highest quality of education is provided to the students of Manheim Central School District.
Desired experience includes: central office experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of educational research, trends, and innovation; community engagement and involvement; school district fiscal operations and budgeting.
Requirements: PA letter of eligibility; university transcripts; current Act 24, mandated clearances, three (3) letters of recommendation; standard application, resume, and cover letter.
